Beautiful Day at Skipton Castle

We visited the city of Skipton today - beautiful 60 degree day.  Skipton Castle is a medieval castle in Skipton, North Yorkshire, England. It was built in 1090 by Robert de Romille, a Norman baron, and has been preserved for over 900 years

  1. 900 Hundred years old......What do you say to pictures like that? I think the last one is the prettiest and then you go somewhere else and here is something that is more amazing than the last.

All the kids looks like they had a ball. It was nice that they had the people there to re-enact some of the things.

I loved the windows. I loved the one with Dawson sitting in the window...Can't you just imagine a little girl sitting there reading or doing some sort of needlework? This is what stories are made of.

The ice cream seems to follow you all every where you go. You all just must be lucky. LOL
Chloe is so beautiful sitting there. She still likes to take care of the little ones doesn't she?

A knight in shining armor is really something to see. You only read about them but to see it up close and personal is really something.

Love the green grass and all the colors. Glad you all had a great day. 60 degrees..wow...Hope you all were near some first aid with temps that hot......LOL Lol LoL Perfect day for walking over the grounds of a Medieval Castle.

    Love to all of you,

    Mom and Pop
