Another Saturday...another BATE.  Love that time each week.

 

OIL CHANGE

Dawson and I changed the oils in the car this weekend.  There are places that will do it here but the cost is over $100 for an oil change and they aren't open at convenient times so we have been doing it ourselves for awhile now.  Dawson is really getting the hang of it and remembering all the steps!

 

LONDON TRIP Day 4

Our last day took us to Bath. It is a beautiful city with great architecture and the famous Roman Baths.  We enjoyed the tour and the beautiful city before we headed back home to complete the trip.

 We enjoyed lunch at Sally Lunn's Buns....mmmm good... the restaurant was in the oldest building in Bath - circa 1482.

We stopped at a candy store in Bath where they had a nice selection of US treats...at very expensive prices.  How about 9.99 British pounds for a package of Oreos....that is $15 US  Whew..

 

LONDON TRIP Day 3

We spent our last day in London visiting St. Paul's Cathedral were we climbed over 500 steps to the top of the cathederal where we got a great view of London.

 We climbed to the very top of the building below.

We then headed due west towards Bristol England on the far western side of the UK.  On the way, we stopped by the Downton Abbey Castle.  They were filming while we were there so we weren't able to go in and see it and actually went a bit further than we were supposed to so we could at least sneak a quick pic!

We found our way to Bristol for the night.
