We took off last Friday the 19th for Tenerife (one of the Canary Islands off of Africa). These islands are actually Spanish in origin. We went to Lanzarote the same time last year and really enjoyed the longer days of daylight and the warmth. It was great to get to have some winter sun again this year with temperatures around 72 degrees. Enjoy some pics of the first day.

Looks as if the villa was secluded and you could actually see for miles. Loved the swimming pool.
