We knew we couldn't be this close to Venice and not see it in person. Luckily we took the 4 hour drive up north to visit Venice and stay 1 night. We absolutely loved it. It is unlike any city you can imagine and tops my favorite place I've been to date...still plenty more to see though. We have been to the Venetian in Las Vegas...not even close to the real thing!
What another beautiful city. I can't believe how much it looks like the movies. Totally beautiful way to spend a day!
