We had a 4 day weekend this weekend and ventured south to France to take in Normandy, Omaha Beach, and Utah Beach. We had never taken the chunnel so it was quite a neat experience...you drive your vehicle up onto a train and the train leaves and takes you while you wait in your car to France in about 35 minutes under the English Channel. It was quite the adventure.
Our first night we stayed in Le Crotoy France where unfortunately Kel got sick and fought the flu the rest of the journey. We stayed in Le Crotoy for the night and hoped Kel might improve.
